Changed your mind? No problem. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Simply email us at support@hes-tec.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
The product(s) you would like to return
You don’t need to give us a reason, although your feedback is always appreciated.
We’ll reply with the return instructions and return address.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
After letting us know, please send your return back within 14 days.
You’re welcome to open and inspect your product. We simply ask that you take care of it and return it with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Please package your return carefully so it reaches us safely.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you’ve simply changed your mind, the cost of returning your order is your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Received something damaged, defective or incorrect? Don’t send it back just yet. Contact us first and we’ll help you from there.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?
If your product arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please email support@hes-tec.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and, if possible, a few photos showing the issue.
We’ll take a look and find the right solution for you.
YOUR REFUND
Once your return is received, we’ll check it and process your refund as quickly as possible.
Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Where applicable, we’ll also refund the cost of delivery.
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received your return or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.
Once we’ve issued your refund, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to show the money in your account.
