Shipping Times 🚚

While we strive for fast delivery, shipping across the globe can sometimes face delays due to customs, local holidays, or postal services in your area. Here’s what you can typically expect:

  • National orders (within the Netherlands): 2–3 working days
  • International orders (within Europe): 5–7 working days
  • International orders (outside Europe): 10–14 working days

Please note: Shipping times are calculated in working days (Monday–Friday) and exclude holidays observed by PostNL and local carriers. For small items, we use postage shipping to save on costs, and for larger items, we use standard parcel services to ensure safe delivery.

24-Hour Processing 💨

We aim to hand your order to the carrier within 24 hours of receiving it. While we do our best to meet this goal, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we’ll always keep you updated if there’s an issue.

Every package is insured up to its full purchase price, so you can shop with confidence. If an order is lost in transit (which happens to only 0.1% of all orders), we’ll investigate and offer a refund or reshipment—your choice! Our support team is always here to help at support@hes-tec.com.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. While international shipping a single product can be expensive, we work hard to offer the most cost-effective options for our customers.
