HES-TEC ships more than 10,000 products each year to customers across 25+ countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands using PostNL and trusted international delivery partners.

Free Worldwide Shipping 💵
Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over €75.
For orders below €75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. We always aim to provide the most cost-effective shipping option available.
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typical delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Outside Europe: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday. International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, local holidays, or delays with local delivery partners.
Fast Order Processing
We aim to hand your order to the carrier within 48 hours of receiving it. During exceptionally busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.

Every package is insured up to its full purchase price.
If your order is lost in transit, our team will investigate the shipment. Once confirmed, you can choose between a replacement shipment or a full refund.
